Excellent appointment with top notch vet! Dr. Culbertson listened carefully and engaged in discussion. The office had relaxing atmosphere. The exam room that I was told to go into was not ready. The exam table was folded up and two chairs were covered with fur.

You are the only vet in the area who will take in wounded feral cats. I ve trapped 18 at my office and brought in one today that apparently has somehow been burned in multiple places on his body. His wounds showed no improvement over a month s time, so I made an extra effort to trap him this past weekend. I am extremely thankful for the care you gave to this cat. The lady at the front desk flagged me down in the parking lot after initially saying you couldn t treat him today. I know I can t ever pet him, but at he has some pain relief, antibiotics, and a rabies shot now. I know he ll be looking better in two weeks. I drove over 150 miles for this feral cat today, and I m happy to do it again for others because I know what a quality business you have.

Over the last few years I don’t feel like there is much interest in my pet. It seems like the assistants are more interested and do more of the interaction during appointments. Also, you never know what veterinarian you will see. I don’t get the feeling that I am valued as a client or that my pet is valued.
