I had several staff help me, from dropping off my puppy to getting a call regarding some confusion that was clarified. My issue at pickup when I was under the impression my puppy was ready for pick up. She had been there from 7:30AM-4PM when I arrived and they let me know they were just doing her regular check up but I was told she was ready for pick up. Upon checking out, a staff member suggested I could put my dog in the car and come back to process payment. I was shocked as it is summer and hot out there, I would never leave my puppy in a hot car. Another staff member finally checked me out as the original staff member walked away.

This is by far the best place to take your pet!! Doctors are awesome and take time with you and your pet. The staff goes above and beyond to love and care for your pet. My frenchie is 7 and they have been seeing him since he was about 8 weeks old. They are very knowledgeable and caring! Liz is the best and my fur baby feels like she is family! Thanks to Dr. K and Dr. White and your amazing team for taking such good care of my dog all these years!!

very friendly and helpful staff. was easy to be seen and was not there too long at all. only critical thing I can say is that, I would have appreciated a little more explanation on why staples were necessary for the cut. Also would be nice if there was a military or even ESA discount.
